Prayer Notes 代祷事项 （August八月）

  1. Thanks be to the Lord for His guidance and providence to His people. “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.””(Psalm 91:1-2)
  2. Pray for Chinese and English service will be combined until there is further arrangement for English ministry. Pray for Rev Yap and family as they are settling down in Singapore. Pray for God’s providence and guidance upon the family.
  3. Pray for Theological education, for all those who are called to be equipped and trained to be become God’s servant in His kingdom. Pray for financial support from the church. God’s people gives freely and willingly to support them.
  4. Pray for Mission Sunday on 14 August. Pray for members to have burden towards mission. Pray also for Mission Night on 19 August. The topic is “Blessed pathway to life” & the speaker is Rev Joseph Wong. Pray for Daniel as he is the interpreter. God will use His message to stir members up for mission works.
  5. Pray for church outreach ministry, God will increase our number of people attending both Chinese and English congregations. More and more people will come to know Christ.
  6. Pray for LCEC committee and their families. God will empower them to be His effective instruments to build His church and to carry up His great commission in this city. All serve together in unity and love to share the gospel with others
  7. Pray that the Adult fellowship, Young adult fellowship, Youth fellowship, all will learn much from God’s Word and draw near to God through every fellowship gathering. Pray for revival among prayer groups and fellowship groups.
  8. Pray for those who are weak physically, mentally or spiritually. Pray that God will keep our children in good health during cold winter.

 

  1. 住在至高者隐密处的，必住在全能者的荫下。要论到耶和华说：他是我的避难所，是我的山寨，是我的神，是我所倚靠的。(诗篇91:1-2)
  2. 中英文将联合直至英文事工有更近一步的安排，为联合崇拜祷告。也为叶牧师合家祷告。求主眷顾这个家庭。
  3. 为神学教育祷告，也为愿意委身受装备成为神国的仆人们祷告。求主感动弟兄姐妹愿意以金钱支持神学生，使教会有能力支持他们。
  4. 当晚讲题是“人生最蒙福的道路”。为讲员黄光赐牧师和翻译员黄希恩弟兄祷告，求主利用这个陪灵会，兴起更多宣教事工。
  5. 为教会布道事工祷告，求主加添中英文崇拜的人数，让更多人认识主。
  6. 为教会执事和家人祷告。求主加添他们的力量，成为建立教会的器皿，并将使命带进这个城市，以爱心和合一的心将福音传给更多人。
  7. 为成年团契，初成团契，青年团契祷告。透过团契更认识主、亲近主。也从中兴起更多弟兄姐妹侍奉主。
  8. 为身、心、灵软弱的弟兄姐妹祷告。也求主在这个寒冬里保守每一个孩子。
