Prayer Notes 代祷事项 (June 2016)

  1. Praise be to the Lord God, the God of Israel,  who alone does marvelous deeds. Praise be to his glorious name forever; may the whole earth be filled with his glory. Amen and Amen. (Psalm 72:18-19)
  2. Pray for Australia federal election, 2 July 2016, Sat. Afederal election to determine all 226 members of the 45th Parliament of Australia. Pray that God will rise up men and women who fear God, love and act justice and righteousness into the Parliment.
  3. Pray for Bishop Kwang&MrsKwang for good health, and sufficient grace and strength for safe travel and to cope with the many ministries engagement.
  4. Pray for District Sunday on 12/6. There will be a pulpit exchange among South District Methodist Churches. Rev Gloria Ling and Rev Yu will swap pulpit between Goodwood Methodist Church and Holy Methodist Church. Pray that God will anoint all preachers and their messages will touch the congregations to turn to God.
  5. Pray for Personal Evangelism Training on 18/6. Pray that God will grant Rev Ling and Rev Yap wisdom and spiritual insight as they conduct the equipping session. Pray also for LCEC members, fellowship leaders and members that they will learn more and be equipped for evangelism. Pray for fruitful street evangelism.
  6. Pray for the Prayer Groups and usage of new material, “The Pursuit of Holiness” beginning from this month. Pray that the new material will enable the group members to grow in holiness as they gather to pray weekly for God’s kingdom. Pray for wisdom upon the leaders (Fiona Zhang, Greenie Wong, Sharon Ling, GuoFa Ming & Rev Yap) who faciliate the prayer meetings.
  7. Pray for our church property extension project and gutter restoration. The cost of gutter replacement and gutter guard on top of it is $5400, we have already raised $3800. Brothers and sisters are encouraged to contribute. Let’s pray for Michael as he continues in liaising with the council and building company. Pray also for team and Sunday School as they plan the details for the constructed rooms. We thank God for their faithful services.

 

  1. 独行奇事的耶和华─以色列的神是应当称颂的！他荣耀的名也当称颂，直到永远。愿他的荣耀充满全地！阿们！阿们！（诗篇72:18-19）。
  2. 为7月2日的澳洲选举祷告。此选举将选出266名第45届国议会的代表。求主兴起敬畏神的子民，成为这一届的议员。好让这一届的决定，都能符合上帝慈爱和公义的标准。
  3. 为官会督和师母祷告。他们有许多的事工，需要到不同的地方。愿上帝的恩典和大能与他们同在，让他们有强健的身体，每一个的旅程都有平安。
  4. 为6月12日的教区主日祷告。届时，南澳教区的讲坛将暂时更换-林牧师将到圣恩堂讲道，余牧师讲来到思恩堂。求主恩膏南澳的牧者们，好让他们所传的，都能使人归向主。
  5. 为6月18日的个人布道训练祷告。求主赐下智慧的灵，好让他们晓得如何带领这次的训练。也为训练的果效祷告，教会的执事、领袖和会员们能装备自己，成为福音的器皿。
  6. 为祷告会祷告，这个月将开始新的读经材料“圣洁让你想得不一样”。求主使用这材料，使他们圣洁自守，随时为上帝的国度祷告。为祷告会的领袖们（张芙蓉，汪洋旭，林慧慧，郭发明和叶牧师）祷告，使他们有智慧的心，带领祷告会。
  7. 为教会建筑扩展的计划和水槽的翻新过程祷告。水槽翻新的费用是$5400，我们已筹得$3800。鼓励弟兄姐妹继续贡献。为执事主席卓育辉祷告，他常常要接洽市议会和建筑商。为这行动小组和主日学祷告，他们需要计划课室的摆设。也为他们的贡献感谢主。
